Hornets Miles Bridges Arrested For Allegedly Beating Up Woman

If Miles Bridges is trying to force his way out of Charlotte there are better ways to do it than throwing mouthpieces at fans, posting photos drinking lean and now allegedly beating up a woman.

The 24-year-old Charlotte Hornets player posted on his Instagram Stories featuring a joint and a styrofoam cup with pink/purple-ish colored liquid inside.

He would soon take to Twitter and responded to the uproar. “Pink lemonade,” Bridges wrote, apparently in attempt to dispel speculation that has since bubbled up online that the drink contained codeine. The Hornets player also ended up deleting the tweet.

Now it looks like he isn’t going to get the max from the Hornets. According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, he will not be offered the max from the Hornets and will hit the free agent market which starts this Thursday. He could potentially get it from somewhere else like the Pistons but he should probably make sure not to upload any more lean pics.

Nice job Miles.

Here are the details according to TMZ Sports.

NBA star Miles Bridges was arrested for felony domestic violence in Los Angeles on Wednesday, TMZ Sports has learned.

The 24-year-old forward — who most recently played for the Charlotte Hornets — turned himself into a local jail regarding an alleged physical altercation that happened on Tuesday.

Law enforcement sources tell us a woman claims she was in an argument with Bridges that turned physical. We’re told police were called to the scene, but Bridges was gone by the time cops arrived. We’re told the woman required medical attention.

The 6’7″, 225-pounder was arrested by LAPD after turning himself in Wednesday afternoon. His bail was set at $130k … and he’s since been released.

Bridges — who’s also a rapper under the name RTB MB — spent his first four seasons with the Hornets … but is expected to be a top free agency target this off-season.

Twitter believes that Bridges wants to be a rapper more than a basketball player.

Sidenote, he is a GOD AWFUL rapper.
