If Miles Bridges is trying to force his way out of Charlotte there are better ways to do it than throwing mouthpieces at fans, posting photos drinking lean and now allegedly beating up a woman.
The 24-year-old Charlotte Hornets player posted on his Instagram Stories featuring a joint and a styrofoam cup with pink/purple-ish colored liquid inside.
He would soon take to Twitter and responded to the uproar. “Pink lemonade,” Bridges wrote, apparently in attempt to dispel speculation that has since bubbled up online that the drink contained codeine. The Hornets player also ended up deleting the tweet.
Now it looks like he isn’t going to get the max from the Hornets. According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, he will not be offered the max from the Hornets and will hit the free agent market which starts this Thursday. He could potentially get it from somewhere else like the Pistons but he should probably make sure not to upload any more lean pics.
Nice job Miles.
