According to social media folks, the biggest player in college basketball is back and he’s not kidding around as he’s draining threes like Steph Curry. His weight isn’t preventing him from beating his opponents.
TPS got more;
The biggest player in college basketball may not make it to the NBA, but he is still skilled enough to get on the court for his college team.
Playing for division three New York School St John Fisher College, Connor Williams towers over his opponents in height and certainly in weight.
The St. John Fisher College basketball center has been taking social media by storm since 2021 when he took the floor to show what he could do on the court.
Williams is listed on the roster as 7 feet tall, and 360lbs. The clip shows Williams spotting up at the 3-point line and draining the shot like he was Stephen Curry.
Williams is in his first year at Fisher, currently majoring in cybersecurity. As he was coming out of high school, Williams was deciding between football, at a Division II level, and basketball.
“I really love basketball more and I think that would be a better fit for me for the next four years and I want to do that,” Williams said when News 8 interviewed the Victor standout in March of this year.
He goes by the name BIG COZY.
Look at the range! Look at the brains. Dude whips it around and resets. Splash. Wet. Nothing but net. Whatever you want to use there. That’s what Big Cozy does! Dude is smooth as shit. That’s modern basketball at its finest right there. Now here’s my problem.
He didn’t play the 2nd half! How do you bench America’s player? The man needs to transfer to Buffalo. He needs to be on TV at all times. You don’t keep the 2021 Monroe County Basketball Player of the Year on the bench and get away with it. Not on our watch.
