Anything is bound to happen during games, and in a video that has gone viral on socials with a bunch of reactions, a female 49ers fan was captured on camera stomping a woman in the stands during the wild card game.
TPS got more;
Just because the regular season is over does not mean that fans will all of a sudden start acting right in the stands. In fact, they may be even worse now that the stacks are even higher.
Days before the Seahawks took on the 49ers in their Wild Card matchup, forecasts called for a chance of rain which had most of the crowd at Levi’s was hunkered down in their best rain gear, or at least a poncho. Not even that was enough to stop bad behavior from occuring.
Video shows a female 49ers fan stomping her foot down on another woman who was trying to get up from an altercation that clearly happened before cameras started rolling.
As you can see, the melee also had others falling over seats below them as hundreds watched on in amazement.
The San Francisco 49ers opened the NFL postseason with a 41-23 win.
Brock Purdy completed 18-of-30 attempts for 332 yards and three touchdowns in the 49ers’ Wild Card win against the Seahawks, adding four rushes for 16 yards and a touchdown.
Next up for the 49ers will be the hated Dallas Cowboys. Mix these two fan bases together and the fights might spread like wildfire.
No telling what type of fight will happen this weekend at the 49ers-Cowboys playoff game.
The 49ers–Cowboys rivalry is a National Football League (NFL) rivalry between the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys lead the series 19–18–1. It is one of the great inter-division rivalry games in the NFL. The two teams do not play every year; instead, they play once every three years due to the NFL’s rotating division schedules, or if the two teams finish in the same place in their respective divisions, they would play the ensuing season. Sports Illustrated ranked it as the eighth best rivalry while the NFL Top 10 ranked this rivalry to be the tenth best in the NFL. In 2020, CBS ranked it as the No. 1 NFL rivalry of the 1990s. The rivalry was also the subject of two 2015 episodes of NFL Network’s The Timeline entitled “A Tale of Two Cities” with actors Sam Elliott (Cowboys) and Jeremy Renner (49ers) as narrators.
