Lily Rose Depp Shuts Down The Internet With Topless Photos For i-D Magazine

Lily Rose Depp has gone wild and shut down the internet after going topless for i-D Magazine while admitting to being ‘careful’ about nepo baby discourse. She was also candid “about being plagued by imposter syndrome” saying;

‘Hopefully I’ve been chosen for a reason’

The Daily Mail got more;

Lily Rose Depp has gone topless for i-D magazine, rocking nothing but a pair of unbuttoned Chanel blue jeans on the cover.

Photographed by Karim Sadli and styled by Alastair McKimm, Lily sizzled in her chic and sexy photoshoot – and gave the publication a very candid interview.

The 23-year-old daughter of Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp – who recently lost his close friend Jeff Beck – admitted to being ‘careful’ about the nepo baby phenomenon.

Lily also opened up about being plagued by imposter syndrome and the paranoia that comes from growing up famous. Poised for superstardom, the model-turned-actress is gearing up for the premiere of her highly anticipated HBO show The Idol later this year.

Created by multiplatinum megastar Abel ‘The Weeknd’ Testfaye, the steamy drama will revolve around Depp’s character named Jocelyn – a troubled singer who sets out to reclaim her title as ‘the sexiest pop star in America.’

Testfaye is also starring alongside Lily-Rose, playing her character’s controversial guru and the leader of a cult.

In her interview with i-D, Lily shared how she deals with feelings of imposter syndrome as she ascends to the A-list at such a young age. ‘You just have to jump in and have some kind of faith that, if they’ve chosen me, then hopefully I’ve been chosen for a reason. That’s all that you can do.

‘By that same token, I think that there’s nothing more exciting than being like, “Wow, I’m so nervous. I feel so challenged by this. How on earth am I going to pull this off?” You could ask for no better fuel to make you want to work really, really hard.’

Lily also discussed the nepo baby controversy – a topic she has chafed at in the past.

‘I’m so careful about these conversations now,’ she said. ‘I feel like my parents did the best job that they possibly could at giving me the most “normal childhood” that they could. And obviously, that still was not a normal childhood.’

Lily continued to speak about her privilege, saying: ‘I’m super aware of the fact that my childhood did not look like everybody’s. But at the same time, it’s all that I know, so I have had to find comfort in it somehow.
