Matt Barnes defaulted in child support payments to his ex-wife Gloria Govan and now, a judge has ordered him to cough over $133K to her as past-due child support payments. The total amount is $133,976.54 via TMZ;
Matt Barnes is way behind on child support payments … a judge just ordered him to fork over more than six figures in back payments to his ex-wife Gloria Govan.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the former NBA baller owes Gloria $133,976.54 in past-due child support payments.
It appears Matt hasn’t been shelling out child support for quite some time … because as we first reported back in 2018, Matt’s monthly child support bill was slashed from $20,000 to $7,500.
The exes have two teenage twins, Carter and Isaiah, together … and Gloria went to court claiming he hasn’t been keeping up on the payments.
Remember … Matt and Gloria finalized their divorce way back in 2016, after just under two years as husband and wife.
Barnes and Govan have a checkered past, who has gone on to marry Barnes ex-teammate Derek Fisher.
Matt Barnes, who was once paying $20k a month, is trying to get his child support payments reduced again. He is currently paying $7500 and he thinks that is too much.
Barnes doesn’t think his ex Gloria Govan is being truthful about her income and expenses. He also doesn’t think Govan disclosed the amount of money she is getting from Barnes’ ex-teammate and Govan’s fiancé, Derek Fisher, has helped her with.
Barnes wants Govan to be sanctioned for not disclosing this information and will have his case heard next month.

It looks like Barnes will be forced to cut the check.
