I am not going to lie. The photo is a bit suspect.
Was someone in the graphics department a Michael Jordan fan, or is Zeke just a grumpy old man?
Max Kellerman and Keyshawn Johnson had Isiah on the phone to talk about the NBA playoffs, but Zeke must have been watching on TV as well because he saw his photo, and he was not pleased with what he saw.
After speaking briefly about Chris Paul, Thomas started to lash out about why his photo looked different than some of the other guests on the show.
Thomas seems to be mean mugging in his photo.
Max Kellerman thought Thomas was joking and tried to joke back about trying to find the worst photo of Thomas available. Thomas though, was not kidding and immediately started to go at Keyshawn Johnson for taking up for him.
Thomas implied that as a brother, Keyshawn should have never let this happen and that black men are made to look menacing on TV with their headline photos.
Keyshawn rightfully stated he has no idea who handles the graphics and didn’t even notice the photo they put up. At this point, Kellerman seemed to realize that Thomas was genuinely bothered by the image and proceeded to throw their producer under the bus.
Thomas then stated he would call back in a couple of minutes after they found a better photo. The producer then changed the image to one where Thomas played with Pistons, but he still wasn’t smiling. This upset Thomas even more, and he eventually hung up the phone.
Over the past couple of weeks, Thomas has been going at it with Michael Jordan, Charles Oakley, and others about the Pistons’ legacy and the disrespect he has been getting over the years.
Do you agree with Thomas about the photo?
