Conor McGregor is highly involved with the upcoming boxing contest between Anthony Joshua and Robert Helenius tonight on DAZN.
The UFC superstar will be on the other side of the fight game, getting related to the event for financial upscale. McGregor’s Forged Irish Strout will officially sponsor the AJ vs Helenius fight.
Conor McGregor appears to share a good bond with Matchroom chief Eddie Hearn. Previously, ‘Notorious’ sponsored Katie Taylor’s fight under Hearn’s Matchroom.
Now the Irishman will straight way sponsor the fight of one of the biggest boxing superstars of the era, ‘AJ’. McGregor also sent a set of stouts to AJ as a token of love and shed love for the former unified heavyweight champion on social media.

Conor McGregor wrote, “This man Anthony Joshua is the definition of class, quality, and loyalty! What he and Eddie Hearn have built is just absolute magic! I cannot wait to witness AJ Powerhouse do work this weekend and live from ringside! Wow! Honoured! Let’s go!”
Anthony Joshua lost his heavyweight crown to Oleksandr Usyk in consecutively two losses. He came back to the win column after beating Jermaine Franklin. That said, AJ is now far from the current title picture. His upcoming fight is also not enlisted to be a Pay-Per-View. It will be shown on a DAZN standard subscription.
AJ needs to cement a dominant win and move ahead for the next big fights. It will be interesting to see how he performs tonight with Conor McGregor on the ringside.
The Matchroom event will consist of four heavyweight bouts with Dereck Chisora and Gerald Washington, locking horns in a main card. Here’s a full fight card of AJ vs Helenius.
