After seven years on Undisputed with Skip Bayless it became clear that he had outgrown the show and was ready to start his own media empire. His latest power move was signing a deal for his podcast Club Shay Shay with Colin Cowherd’s VOLUME Sports.

It could be announced soon that he will be a contributor to ESPN’s First Take, but that will be an appearance fee deal and he won’t be tied down to just being on ESPN. While there will probably be a clause that he can’t appear on any FS1’s show, that won’t stop him from appearing anywhere else.
Sources tell BSO that Shannon’s ultimate goal is having his own media empire and he is giving himself a lot of flexiblity with these separate deals not to mention the more deals the more money in his pocket.
