With the Golden State Warriors, Stephen Curry has had an incredible career, taking home four titles, two MVP awards, and a Finals MVP. Of course, he has been lucky enough to play with excellent players, so he hasn’t been able to accomplish all of that on his own. LeBron James is one of the all-time greats that Curry has faced in the process, but there are so many others who he hasn’t. When asked recently who he would most like to play alongside and against, the nine-time All-Star selected Shaquille O’Neal and Michael Jordan, respectively.
Curry said when asked who he would most like to play with, “Probably (Shaquille O’Neal). “Just to witness that power up close and personal.” Curry said when asked who he wishes he could play against: “Michael (Jordan).”

A team with Curry and O’Neal would have been amazing to see. The former’s game was all about elegance, whilst the latter’s was all about physical power; nonetheless, despite the stark contrast, they still won. With four championships, three Finals MVPs, and an MVP, Shaq concluded his playing career. Together, he and Curry would have been formidable opponents. Jordan vs. Curry would have been an exciting matchup as well. Jordan had never faced anything exactly like Curry’s incredible shooting, so it would have been amazing to see the plan Jordan would have developed to counter it. It would have been really intriguing even though you’d bet for the legendary Chicago Bulls player to win.
According to Shaquille O’Neal, he and Stephen Curry would make an unstoppable team
Curry is greatly admired by O’Neal, who has even referred to him as his favorite NBA player right now. O’Neal confesses that he is a little envious of Curry’s ability to shoot because he is shocked at how someone his small can outperform much bigger men. Recently, Shaq chose Curry as the finest partner for him out of a group that also featured LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Durant. He claimed that Steph was his favorite player and that they would never lose a game. If only we had gotten to watch these two in action when they were little.
