When Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce chose to end a thrilling game at Arrowhead Stadium with a surprise late-night meal on Sunday, it generated quite a stir. A well-known restaurant was forced to close due to the star-studded couple’s evening because of the large crowds of diners and admirers waiting to have an unexpected contact with the two celebs.
When the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and Taylor were spotted leaving the stadium together, social media users went crazy. Swifties and sports fans alike speculated about the nature of their friendship after the surprise encounter.

Fans, however, were in for a big treat at Kansas City’s trendy Prime Social Rooftop. On Sunday night, customers who were already there for dinner discovered themselves in the middle of something amazing.
According to a witness, Travis purchased the eatery for his family and crew. Taylor showed up there wearing a denim dress and was seen dancing with Travis while also enjoying some snacks and cocktails. While being incredibly affectionate, the two maintained a playful and humorous atmosphere. At the after-party, Travis’ colleagues as well as his parents, Donna and Ed, were present. The celebration went on until 2 a.m.

“Travis has never shied away from his desire to give dating with Taylor a try, which he even said during a press conference a few months ago after seeing Swift in concert. Travis and Taylor are taking things slowly, and not rushing into anything serious. Both are very career-focused, so the focus is on that for now, but that’s not going to stop them from enjoying life when it’s the right moment.”
Another Diner told ET ;
“So we went to Prime Social Rooftop for my friend’s 22nd birthday. They informed us before we left that they had a ‘hard close’ at 8 p.m. and of course, seeing that Taylor was at the Chiefs game, we were already joking that she was going to be there.”
The restaurant personnel approached customers with to-go boxes as 8 o’clock drew near, advising them that they had to leave the area. The employees politely gave free drinks at their sister restaurant a few levels below as compensation for the early closure. The diners couldn’t help but think whether this odd circumstance was for Taylor and Travis’ benefit.
The restaurant personnel maintained a veil of secrecy when questioned about the surprising turn of events, smiling and responding that they “can’t confirm or deny” the cause of the quick closing. However, as interactions with the workers went on, it became clear that they were delighted to have the distinguished guests there, and even pledged to send Taylor greetings.
