Watch Bitter Packers Fan Douse Amon-Ra St. Brown With Beer For Doing The Lambeau Leap

The Detroit Lions have the Green Bay Packers’ number, and Packers fans don’t like it one bit. Lions kicked off Week 4 of NFL football by going on the road to take on Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers. Packers went into Thursday night with a ton of momentum, despite being 2-point underdogs at home, after pulling off a 17-0 comeback in the second half of week 3 against the New Orleans Saints.

Lions won their last 3 matchups against the Packers, and it’s the first time these two franchises have met since the Packers traded Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets. Jared Goff started his opening drive with an INT that gave the Packers terrific field position deep inside Lions territory. Since then, though, it’s been all Lions all night long.

Packers couldn’t stop much of anything after the first drive, run or pass. Offense, who had Christian Watson and Aaron Jones active this game, could not generate anything. Pass protection struggled all night against the defensive front for the Lions, which had Love fighting for his life. DE Aidan Hutchinson had 1.5 sacks on 8 total pressures. With a 20.5% pass rush win rate.

Packers EDGE rusher Rashad Gary, who feasted on the Saints O-Line last week, overall quiet in this game. Packers fans in attendance were gradually becoming frustrated, and it hit its peak after a fan poured beer on Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown for doing the Lambeau Leap after scoring a touchdown. A clip of the incident was posted on X. Hope it was worth it, because that probably was a very expensive beer.

Packers looked like they were mounting another impressive comeback early in the second half, but couldn’t make the necessary plays when they needed to most. The Lions now sit at the top of the NFC North.
