CeeDee Lamb, a receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, is having a great season leading up to Thanksgiving.
This week, the current NFC Player of the Week delivered a huge blow by teaming up with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and metroplex grocery store Tom Thumb to surprise two families with a Thanksgiving shopping spree. Lamb said
“It’s always a great pleasure to see other families smiling and for me to play a part in that,” Â “As far as Thanksgiving, it’s my favorite holiday personally. You have time to sit, enjoy food with your family, quality time,” “Grandma’s cooking. Mom’s cooking. No one is allowed in the kitchen for 24 hours maybe. It’s a pleasure, though. I love it. The food’s great. The camaraderie’s great. It brought our family closer.”

To start the NFL’s annual three-course Thanksgiving dinner, Lamb and the Cowboys will take on the Washington Commanders.
