Things could be getting a lot worse for former NBA big man Glen “Big Baby” Davis.
Back in 2021, a case was brought against Big Baby and quite a few other former NBA players including Terrence Williams, Will Bynum, Darius Miles, Shannon Brown, and others, for allegedly trying to defraud the NBA’s healthcare plan.
Now we have another update in the case and it isn’t particularly a good one.
Davis and Bynum were just found guilty for scamming the NBA’s healthcare plan for a lot of money.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York announced the update in the case on Wednesday … saying a jury determined the former Boston Celtics champion — as well as fellow ex-NBAer Will Bynum — were involved in a criminal scheme to defraud the NBA’s Players’ Health and Benefit Welfare Plan via TMZ.

If convicted, they face up to 20 years for each count they were found guilty of but are likely to get a much lighter sentence.
It should be noted that Terrence Williams, who was seen as the mastermind of the whole thing, was sentence to 10 years in prison back in August.
