A little over a year ago, during a Monday Night Football game between the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, Bills safety Damar Hamlin made what looked like a routine mid-field tackle, only to require critical care and resuscitation. It was one of the scariest moments in NFL history.
Fans, coaches, and players all prayed for Hamlin’s health and safety, thus the game had to be postponed.
Fortunately, Hamlin made it through the scry event unharmed, and he has since been able to play his favorite sport again on the field.
The bizarre tale will complete a circle tonight when the Bills visit Cincinnati for a Sunday Night Football game against the Bengals. All parties involved can still expect an emotional evening, but the atmosphere this evening will probably be influenced, if only somewhat, by the Bills’ most recent roster selection for tonight’s game.
The Bills intend to give Hamlin a healthy scratch despite all the intriguing plots around this game, according to reports.

We should still be in for an exciting game between these two AFC titans even without Hamlin on the field.
