The Buffalo Bills‘ precarious situation worsened when they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in overtime. There was an incident involving Eagles fans close to their bench area.
On camera, Bills defensive linemen were seen approaching and fighting with an Eagles fan in the front row while the Buffalo offense was on the field. Shaq Lawson gently shoved the fan in the video as Jordan Phillips approached him.
Jordan Phillips, a defensive tackle with the Bills, claimed on Instagram on Monday that he was receiving death threats from supporters.
“I love the crowd I love rowdy fans it makes the game fun,” Phillips wrote on Instagram. “But one thing I’m not going to tolerate is someone threatening me or my family. This is a line that shouldn’t be crossed.”
This claim appears to be far from truth as a new footage revealed otherwise.
Since however, another evidence has surfaced, which shows that the Eagles fan that was shoved was actually just making jokes, laughing, and heckling them rather than threatening them.
WOW: New video footage shows that the #Eagles fan that #Bills players shoved did NOT MAKE any life-threatening threats towards them or their families as they claimed. pic.twitter.com/N1iQlYciRM
All he was doing was LAUGHING and POINTING
