Antetokounmpo, the driving force behind Milwaukee’s success, led the team’s scoring with an impressive 35 points. Lillard, who joined the Bucks in the summer, contributed 28 points, including an impressive 5-of-7 from beyond the arc. Antetokounmpo also showcased his versatility with 10 assists and eight rebounds. The duo’s performance demonstrated the growing chemistry between them, leaving fans optimistic about their partnership.

Speaking about their on-court synergy, Antetokounmpo expressed satisfaction with their progress, stating, “Game by game we are getting more comfortable. We have a lot of games ahead of us. As we play more minutes, we’re going to be more comfortable together.” He emphasized that he and Lillard are setting the tone for the entire team and their focus is solely on winning.

The Knicks, led by Julius Randle’s remarkable 41-point display, fought hard but were unable to keep up with Milwaukee’s offensive onslaught. The game witnessed several lead changes in the first quarter before the Bucks managed to establish a slim two-point lead at 37-35. At halftime, Milwaukee held a precarious three-point advantage at 75-72.

However, the third quarter proved to be the turning point of the game, as the Bucks unleashed a scoring spree that left the Knicks in their wake. Antetokounmpo’s 13 points in the third quarter played a significant role in helping the top-seeded Bucks build an insurmountable lead. With a minute left in the quarter, a 15-foot jump shot from Bobby Portis extended Milwaukee’s lead to 18 points, firmly tilting the game in their favor.

Although the Knicks staged a brief comeback early in the fourth quarter, closing the deficit to nine points, Milwaukee responded swiftly. Thanks to back-to-back three-pointers from Malik Beasley, the Bucks reestablished their double-digit advantage, extinguishing any hopes of a Knicks resurgence. A three-pointer from Cameron Payne pushed Milwaukee’s lead to 20 points, effectively sealing their place in the last four.

The victory sets up a thrilling last-four encounter against the Indiana Pacers, with a coveted spot in Saturday’s final on the line. The Bucks will be eager to continue their winning streak and capitalize on the remarkable talent possessed by their dynamic duo of Antetokounmpo and Lillard.
