It’s Kayla Nicole again. The sports anchor and Travis Kelce, who is presently dating Taylor Swift, had an intermittent five-year relationship.
Nicole has been the focus of the public ever since it was revealed that Kelce and the “Anti-Hero” singer were dating. She has remained silent and unresponsive, allowing others to continue bringing up her name and drawing comparisons between her body type and Swift’s.
Now that a new year has arrived, Nicole has at last made plans for the year. This week, the model shared a series of pictures from her New Year’s celebrations on Instagram, where she revealed lighter hair.
“Brought in the new year blonde – filled with laughter, caviar bumps and champagne. 2024, you cute already,” Kayla captioned the snapshots.
Since their summer 2023 start, Kelce and pop sensation Taylor Swift have been the subject of constant speculation about Kelce’s personal life. There is no escaping from it.
Following Kelce’s new relationship, Kayla unfollowed Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes. Kayla and Kelce were together from 2017 to May 2022.
Nicole clarified that she felt the need to set the record straight regarding the Mahomes situation, even though she said she didn’t want to get entangled in Kelce’s current, very visible relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.
“The reality is I know these people in real life. And so, in real life, I’ve communicated to these people why I’ve had to publicly make the decisions that I made,” Kayla told People in October.
“She knows that I love her,” said Kayla to the outlet.
While playing together for the Kansas City Chiefs, Nicole and Brittany became close friends.
Nicole stated, “The love is still there,” but she has to protect herself and her mental health because of the current environment. She also mentioned the future of their relationship and the other friendships she formed in Kansas City.
