Aaron Donald has something that the San Francisco 49ers lack: a Super Bowl ring from the previous 30 years. The Rams may have the 49ers’ number during the regular season.
The 49ers were defeated by the Kansas City Chiefs 25–22 on Sunday night. They lost in overtime after blowing a two-minute lead in the fourth quarter. Donald reminded the 49ers what a championship ring looks like because they haven’t won a Super Bowl since the 1994 campaign.

Less than a day after the 49ers’ devastating Super Bowl loss, Donald quietly poked fun at the opposing team on Monday afternoon by posting a picture of himself from the Rams’ ring ceremony from two years ago.

Although Donald doesn’t often criticize others in public, it’s safe to assume that this was a subtle jab at the 49ers following their consecutive Super Bowl lead blowout.
