In anticipation of San Francisco’s Super Bowl LVIII matchup against the Chiefs, some 49ers supporters won’t be spinning Taylor Swift. In the AFC Championship game, the Baltimore Ravens fell to the San Francisco 49ers 17-10, which meant they would not be able to participate in the Super Bowl.
Following the game, Taylor Swift, a pop sensation, and Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Chiefs, were spotted celebrating on the field. This season, Swift has been a major attraction at games, showing support for both Kelce and the Chiefs. The friendship between Kelce and Swift has been infectious.
McCaffrey talks about his mom boycotting Taylor Swift
Lisa, the mother of 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, stated that the family will not be listening to Swift’s songs until after the big game during an appearance on the Your Mom podcast. They are so devoted to Swift that they quickly change the channel whenever one of her songs plays on the radio. McCaffrey said,
“I refuse to listen to Taylor Swift songs for the next couple days,” “I love her, I love the relationship, but we are boycotting any T. Swift songs… If she pops up on the radio station… nope. She’s dead to us this week.”

This season, Swift’s attendance at games and on telecasts has drawn criticism from many NFL fans, and San Francisco fans, at least, will not be Swift fans for the forthcoming Super Bowl LVIII.
