L’Jarius Sneed, a cornerback for the Kansas City Chiefs, is expected to be an unrestricted free agency in March and has been strongly associated with the Philadelphia Eagles. Though unlawful meddling occurs behind the scenes, and you’re living in a delusional universe if you think otherwise, UFAs cannot “legally” start talking with teams until the opening of NFL free agency on March 11.
Having said that, Sneed might have made a clue in his most recent Instagram post about his desired destination or direction in free agency.
Sneed shared a picture of himself from the Chiefs 2023 season with the comment, “flying” like a bird, only using an eagle emoji.

Could Sneed by Perfect for the Eagles?
Through the post, Sneed, whether on purpose or not, spread rumors that he was going to Philadelphia. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith of the Eagles was among those who enjoyed Sneed’s photo, which fueled further speculations.
Sneed’s message may not have any significance, but in a situation like this, you cannot be an NFL standout cornerback who is set to enter the free agent market and be flirting with an eagle emoji.
Let’s hope that has some significance for Eagles supporters, since Philly could use a playmaker such as him.
Sneed recorded 78 tackles, five tackles for loss, 14 passes defended, two interceptions, and a total of 16 games played in 2023. In coverage last season, he gave up zero touchdowns as well.
