Selena’s Murderer Yolanda Saldivar is Getting a Docuseries to Tell Her Side of Story

It’s been 30 years after Yolanda Saldivar was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of singer Selena Quintanilla over a confrontation about funds embezzlement that happened in a Corpus Christi hotel in March 1995.

Yolanda Saldivar has been in prison all these years and now, she is ready to set the records straight as to what happened.

To shed light on this matter, Oxygen will be airing a two-part docuseries called “Selena & Yolanda: The Secrets Between Them.”

This series will include new conversations with Saldivar conducted from prison. The trailer for the show suggests that Saldivar will reveal fresh information about the friendship between herself and Selena, as well as discuss the days leading up to the tragic murder. The docuseries is scheduled to premiere on Oxygen on February 17.
