Throughout his 15-year NBA career, DeMar DeRozan has made a living by making shots when his team most needs them. The former USC Trojan delivered once more on Monday, as the Bulls overcame a 22-point hole to defeat the Sacramento Kings 113-109, with the majority of his 33 points coming in the fourth quarter.
Fascinating First Part
Deebo barely tried one shot in the first half, which confused a lot of people. He clarified, though, that he wasn’t acting passively. Instead, he was evaluating the battlefield, as it were. DeMar said,
“It’s just feel,” “A lot of times it’s just me physically or mentally trying to either collect data of how they’re playing us or trying to get guys going. Or sometimes it’s just getting myself loose and going.”
He added,“Some games I feel it right away, and some games I need to ease into it. It’s just me knowing myself. I knew at one point I was going to get it going,”
But DeRozan quickly assumed control of the game as the fourth quarter began.

Aims to maintain the momentum
The Bulls’ four-game road trip, which will see them play teams from the Western Conference, got off to a great start with the victory. Following the Kings, Chicago will play two consecutive games against teams vying for a position in the Play-In Tournament: the Utah Jazz and the Golden State Warriors.
DeRozan anticipates that the team’s victory over Sacramento would pave the way for further success during the trip. He said,
“This is big. We have to carry this momentum over the next game,”
