Jason Kelce, the center for the Eagles who is most likely going to retire from the NFL, says he has an announcement to make today.
Kelce posted on social media, saying, “I have decided not to do any Keg videos this year. I will discuss it at a press conference this afternoon.”
The Eagles have also said that Kelce will be present at a press conference that they will be holding at their stadium today.
While Kelce remained silent about his choice, rumors circulated following the Eagles playoff loss that he had told teammates it would be his final NFL game.
After being selected by the Eagles in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft, Kelce has played his whole career in Philadelphia, where he has won six first-team All-Pro selections and earned a Super Bowl ring. He will be qualified for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2029 if he is retired.
