Superstar LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has a lot of experience shattering records. Because of this, it was expected that James would take his time congratulating Iowa’s Caitlin Clark on breaking Pete Maravich’s record for the most NCAA points on Sunday.

On senior night, during the second quarter of her match against the Ohio State Buckeyes, Clark broke the record. With 35 points, nine assists, and six rebounds in just 39 minutes, Clark led all scorers for the Hawkeyes as they won 93–83.
Can Caitlin Clark match LeBron James Records?
James has finished an incredible night of his own, breaking the record as the first player in the NBA to reach 40,000 points.
Currently in his 21st year, the four-time NBA champion has shattered every existing record in the league. He ranks among the top ten players in NBA history in terms of assists and rebounds, and among the top ten in terms of points, rebounds, steals, and blocks during the playoffs.
The absurd part is that he hasn’t finished yet, even though he has given his NBA career everything he has. When Clark plays professionally the next season, she intends to follow suit.
The senior guard has accomplished a remarkable feat by shattering a record that nobody ever imagined would be broken.
