The Bucks defeated the Bulls 1-3 in their season series. On Friday night, the Chicago Bulls fell to the Milwaukee Bucks 97-113 after struggling to open the game.
In their inability to mount a strong comeback after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers 132-123 in double overtime on Wednesday night, the Bulls dropped their fourth straight game.

DeRozan ruined a historic evening
The loss marred DeMar DeRozan‘s historic night, as he became the 35th player in NBA history to reach 23,000 points, while Chicago’s record plummeted to 28–32 for the season. Just five of thirteen shots were made by DeRozan.

Nikola Vucevic finished with 17 points and nine rebounds before getting ejected early in the fourth quarter for hard fouling a driving A.J. Green. Coby White led the team with 22 points.
After a shaky start, Chicago ended the first quarter down 24-33. With Giannis Antetokounmpo posing a threat to the Bulls defense, the Bucks extended their lead to 58-24 at the half.

Of Giannis’ 46 points in the game, 23 came in the first half. In addition to his 16 rebounds, Antetokounmpo scored 40 points or more in seven different games this season.
