Regarding his failing drug test from last month, Ryan Garcia believes its a conspiracy. Both the day before and the day of his altercation with Devin Haney, Garcia failed his drug test.
It has been verified by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association that Garcia tested positive for the performance-enhancing substance osteorine. Garcia was reportedly given ten days to ask for his B-sample to be tested.
Garcia’s victory over Haney has, of course, come under scrutiny, but the Californian has responded to his detractors on social media.
In a video titled “Fake news like I was Donald Trump,” he stated,
“I came on here to address this bull f**king s**t claim that I cheated. Everybody knows that I don’t cheat. Why didn’t they come up with this before the fight, if they found it before? Why would they let me step in the ring as a cheater?”
The intriguing tweet that included rapper P Diddy in the discussion preceded that video. Garcia posted the following tweet on X:
“Diddy paid for the drug test. Allegedly.”

Garcia seems adamant about proving he did not cheat during the fight, even though it is unclear what he meant to convey or what he was attempting to accomplish with the tweet.
Garcia defeated Haney and now has a 25-1 record, although he was unable to win the title because of his overweight condition.
Additionally, because he was overweight for the battle, the Californian forfeited about half of his fight pay. He will, however, keep fighting the claims that he utilized performance-enhancing pharmaceuticals because the scales don’t lie.
