The season finale of Starz’s “BMF” featured Shilo portraying his father Deion Sanders, thus Friday, May 11, was a memorable day for the Sanders family. For Coach Prime, it was a proud moment. In the “Prime Time” episode, Shilo had the opportunity to portray his younger self and display his acting prowess.
Shilo was given the part primarily because of his resemblance in appearance to Deion Sanders. Several fans and experts praised Shilo for his excellent acting, thus he did not perform poorly. Deiondra Sanders, Coach Prime’s daughter, joined the supporters in congratulating her brother in the meantime.

The initial cast of the sitcom was based on Demetrius “Big Meech” and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who grew up in a Detroit criminal family. The show makes reference to Deion Sanders by mentioning that, while he was performing in Atlanta, the gangsters would frequent his club, Prime Time 21. Fans and analysts agree that Shilo performed the role flawlessly.
