Rebecca Loos, David’s former personal assistant who allegedly had an affair with him, is revisited in the book in relation to the scandalous 2004 event.
In a panicked phone conversation from Victoria, Loos even remembered seeing Beckham in bed with Spanish model Esther Cañadas. It was the worst time for them, Victoria admitted in David’s 2023 Netflix documentary, as they felt like everyone was against them. David alluded to this period as “difficult” but it was not very clear.
