Discussions over Aaron Rodgers‘ absence at the NY Jets mini-camp have heated up recently. Many theories have been made about where the seasoned quarterback disappeared to while he was away. Jets commentator Will Parkinson seems unfazed by this absence, despite the fact that many have questioned his devotion and loyalty to the team.

Although Rodgers missing the minicamp would not be the best scenario, the analyst made it apparent that there are very few negative effects in reality. The fact that Rodgers has been putting in a lot of work to heal his leg and be ready for the upcoming season is what matters most to him.
Aaron Rodgers participated in team practice
Furthermore, Rodgers participated in his team practice during the OTAs, so there’s really no need for concern. Will Parkinson clarified,
“In an ideal world you would have loved to see Aaron Rogers at mandatory minicamp doing virtually nothing but just being there. You know being the leader we all want him to be for those two days all of that’s fair. That [being] said it’s not a big deal, I simply think it’s pretty much a non-story.”
There has been a lot of conjecture over Rodgers’ possible activities ever since it was revealed that he was absent from the required minicamp on “unexcused” grounds. The Jets quarterback missed camp, according to coach Saleh, because of a prior obligation that held great significance for him.
Parkison believes there may be some validity to analyst Rich Eisen’s prediction that Rodgers is likely traveling abroad.
