The Dolphins are moving top wide receiver Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. In return for the Broncos’ ’26 first-round pick (No. 30), third-round pick, and fourth-round pick, the full terms of the agreement send Waddle and a 2026 fourth-round pick to Denver.
According to a source, the Broncos are trading for Miami wide receiver Jaylen Waddle. Waddle and the Dolphins’ fourth-round selection (11th overall) in this year’s draft go to Denver.
After Tyreek Hill was injured in September, Waddle became Miami’s top wide receiver by default. Over the next six weeks, he averaged just under 81 receiving yards per game, but over the next six, that number dropped to just 40 receiving yards per game. The 5-foot-10 wide receiver missed the season-ending loss to the Patriots due to a rib injury.
Along with Courtland Sutton, Pat Bryant, Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims Jr., Lil’Jordan Humphrey, and Michael Bandy, Waddle will be part of the Broncos’ receiving corps.
Along with the Jets (Nos. 2, 16), Browns (6, 24), Chiefs (9, 29), and Cowboys (12, 20), the Dolphins now have two picks in the first round of this year’s draft at Nos. 11 and 30.
