Irv Gotti has a lawsuit filed against him in Miami alleging sexual assault. DJ and music producer Irv Gotti is being sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.
A 54-year-old guy named Gotti is accused of assaulting and abusing a lady sexually in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin.
Irving Domingo Lorenzo, better known as Gotti, was a co-founder of Murder Inc. Records, a well-known hip-hop label that signed musicians Ashanti and Ja Rule.

A complaint was filed on July 11th, in which Jane Doe, a woman, accused the producer of abusing and sexually assaulting her from 2020 to 2022.
According to the Miami New Times, the lawsuit presently requests a jury trial. The lawsuit stated :
“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” “These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day.”

The woman stated that in 2020, she went to a poker tournament with a friend of Gotti’s, and the DJ invited her to a forthcoming trip to Saint Martin.
He allegedly threatened to send her home if she didn’t comply with his push to have sex with him once they arrived on the island. According to the lawsuit,
“Due to his power and influence in the music world, she complied,”
According to the lawsuit, the woman and Gotti started dating following the trip, during which she “suffered constant abuse.”
The accuser stated that he chastised her and made her engage in non-consensual intercourse.

Additionally, the lawsuit claimed that Gotti’s coercion of the woman to have oral sex with him in an Atlanta Uber led to the breakup of their relationship. Gotti’s legal representative is still unlisted.
