Olivia Dunne has declared that she intends to compete for a fifth year at Louisiana State University (LSU). Dunne is among the most marketable athletes in collegiate sports.
She is among the NCAA athletes with the highest NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) earnings. Dunne reportedly makes millions of dollars a year. She will be included with fellow LSU athletes Angel Reese, Jayden Daniels, and Flau’Jae Johnson in the upcoming Prime Video docuseries on NIL called “The Money Game,” thanks to her notoriety.

The 21-year-old announced the news on social media, adding the hashtag “not Dunne yet” to her post and including a video of herself reading an emotional letter to LSU supporters that included snippets from her previous four years of competition. She said,
“These past four years have changed my life,”
“There’s something about putting on a purple and gold leotard. There’s something about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans. Yeah.. There’s something about being pushed by your coaches to do your very best. And there’s something about being part of a team that made school history. No matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there’s just something about LSU. And that’s why I’m here to say, I’m not Dunne yet. Here’s to Year Five, baby.”
During her stay at LSU, Dunne has competed in the uneven bars and floor routine and made a big impression. She was a key player in LSU’s historic victory in April over California in the NCAA tournament, where the Tigers won their first national championship.
Third and fourth place went to Utah and Florida, respectively. Dunne has excelled academically in addition to her athletic accomplishments; she was selected to the SEC Academic Honor Roll four times in a row.
Her choice to come back is motivated by her incredible success off the mat in addition to the opportunity to compete for another national title under coach Jay Clark. Here are a few pictures of Olivia Dunne !
