Despite their second victory of the year, the Kansas City Chiefs are in serious trouble when their star running back, Isiah Pacheco, left the game due to an ankle injury.
The Chiefs upset the Cincinnati Bengals 26–25 at Arrowhead Stadium thanks in large part to an outstanding performance by Pacheco, who ran for 90 yards on 19 runs and an additional 21 yards on five receptions.
Even if his play has improved, head coach Andy Reid acknowledged that they are unsure of the severity of the ankle injury he suffered in the fourth quarter, which looks to mean he will miss Week 3.

Reid said : “The only major injury would be (Isiah) Pacheco with his ankle,” “He’s having some tests done on it now, x-rays, all that stuff. So I don’t have anything for you exactly what it is, but he came out with the ankle.”
Jeff Darlington later wrote to X.com, formerly Twitter, that Pacheco was also photographed exiting the stadium after the triumph in crutches and a walking boot implying the 25-year-old appeared to have been gravely harmed.
