Davante Adams Exposed For Lying About His Trade Demand To Make Raiders Head Coach Antonio Pierce Look Bad

It seems like Davante Adams is up to some shady business. The star wide receiver has been caught red-handed lying about his trade demands, all to make the Raiders’ head coach, Antonio Pierce, look like the bad guy.

It all started when rumors started swirling about Adams wanting out of the Las Vegas Raiders and then Antonio Pierce liking a post on social media that said Adams could be done with Las Vegas. But that wasn’t the case, Adams requested to be traded before Pierce hit like on that post.

Davante Adams said he didn’t know what was going on with that situation and hadn’t heard from him in the aftermath.

It turns out Adams actually already requested a trade before Pierce liked that post on Instagram.

“I’m out. Get me out. I don’t want my career to end like this,” Adams told Pierce, per Fox.

Davante Adams then lied on Up & Adams when he said he hadn’t heard from his head coach.

“I haven’t heard from [Antonio Pierce]. I haven’t talked to him,” Adams told Up and Adams host Kay Adams on Tuesday of last week. “I don’t really know what that was about. Obviously social media is a beast, so it’s a lot of people out there that saw it and wondering what’s going on, and people reaching out.”

So, there you have it. Davante Adams has been caught in a web of lies, all to make the Raiders’ head coach look bad. Let’s hope he learns from this and realizes that honesty is always the best policy. After all, the truth has a funny way of coming out, and it’s not always in your favor.
