Former Cavaliers star Iman Shumpert had to set the record straight about Amber Rose’s rumored romance. So, people are all up in arms because we were spotted spending some quality time together. Well, he is here to clear things up!
According to Iman, they didn’t just randomly link up. They have a history together. Yeah, that’s right, a history that goes way back to our college days. They both went to ‘College Hill’ Celebrity Edition, and that’s where their paths crossed.
The former Cavaliers guard recently clarified that they are just friends in an interview with TMZ. Shumpert said, “We went to ‘College Hill’ [Celebrity Edition] together. Any other time, y’all would’ve just let us eat, but I get it.” When asked about any romantic involvement between them, he added, “Nah, that’s my peoples.”
Shumpert also told TMZ about his new seven-part series, “Taking One for the Team,” which will air on October 16. The only NBA player to win “Dancing With The Stars” also had a message for Dwight Howard.
Iman Shumpert wants to reiterate that there is nothing more to the story of Amber Rose and himself than what he’s just shared. Now, all the romance rumors have been put to rest.
