Kevin Hunter, Wendy Williams‘ ex-husband, has requested that their divorce be revoked and stated that she withheld $48 million from him during their settlement.
The U.S. Sun exclusively obtained court documents that show Kevin Hunter is requesting that the court “vacate and set aside” their final divorce judgment.
According to Kevin’s filing: “I am making this certification in support of my Notice of Motion to Vacate and Set Aside the Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA), and the Final Judgement of Divorce….based on fraud, misrepresentation, and misconduct,”
In a May 2019 Wells Fargo portfolio report that her guardian filed on her behalf, Wendy, 60, looked to have $7,319,032.15 listed as her “total holdings.”
Wendy Willaims and her legal trouble
But as previously reported, Wendy’s best friend from her daytime TV show, Regina Schell, filed an affidavit in the divorce proceedings claiming Wendy had $55 million in her accounts as of 2022.
Wendy’s guardian Sabrina Morrissey addressed the affidavit submitted by the host’s closest friend alleging Wendy had an additional $48 million in the bank and stated that Kevin was aware of the other accounts Wendy maintained in her response filing. It read : “Turning briefly to the Affidavit Regina submitted by Defendant, I cannot address what [Regina] thinks she saw or heard, what a third person thinks she heard, or what that third person may or may not have reported to [Regina]. “In his papers, [Kevin] affirmatively states that [Wendy] showed [Regina] her financial statements. “[Kevin] was not there and has no personal knowledge of whether or not this interaction occurred,” the guardian said in her filing on Wendy’s behalf.”
Kevin claimed he “was fully satisfied and understood the process and had consulted with professionals to be fully aware of the assets and his rights with regard to such assets,” according to Wendy’s guardian, and as a result, “he has absolutely no case to reopen the divorce proceeding.”
