Authorities said a delivery driver allegedly returned to a motel in Florida where a couple was staying and repeatedly stabbed a lady this week after receiving a $2 gratuity on an order.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Brianna Alvelo is accused of aggravated assault, kidnapping, attempted murder, and house invasion with a handgun. The identity of the man who is said to have been with Alvelo at the time of the incident is still unknown.
According to an affidavit submitted in Alvelo’s case, a woman, her boyfriend, and her 5-year-old daughter ordered a Marco’s pizza on Sunday while celebrating a birthday at a Kissimmee motel. The woman’s interview with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office served as the basis for the affidavit.

According to the affidavit, Alvelo was asked to provide change for a $50 bill after delivering the pizza, which cost roughly $33. Authorities stated the woman looked for smaller bills because Alvelo didn’t have any change and ended up tipping her just $2.
According to the affidavit, the woman reported hearing a hard knock on the door at a later time. It stated that as she opened the door, a man and a woman wearing masks and all black pushed their way into the room.
According to the affidavit, the man demanded that the woman’s boyfriend enter the restroom while brandishing a silver pistol. It further claimed that the other individual, who was thought to be Alvelo, produced a pocketknife.
The complaint claims that Alvelo smashed her daughter’s Nintendo Switch while searching through her purse. According to the report, the woman felt a blow to her lower back as she twisted to protect her infant.
