Diddy Is Charged With Dangling a Designer From a 17th-Floor Balcony

Despite being incarcerated on charges of sex trafficking and other heinous crimes, Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to receive new accusations. In the most recent, fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan alleges that Diddy hanged her over a balcony on the seventeenth story. She says Cassie Ventura’s intervention was the only thing that saved her, and she is now paying the disgraced music tycoon $10 million.

The case, which was filed in Los Angeles, alleges that on September 26, 2016, after one of Diddy’s freak-offs, the near-death incident occurred.

Ventura’s claim, which was filed last November, recalled the occurrence after she was coerced into having sex with a male sex worker, even though Bongolan was not participating in the freak-off.

The lawsuit says: “The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,”

“It should be no surprise that is exactly what happened to Ms Bongolan.”

Bongolan claims that she is pursuing the lawsuit because she wants Diddy to be held accountable for his crimes and that she will not let fear rule the rest of her life.

What Diddy is accused of in the lawsuit

According to the lawsuit, Diddy woke Bongolan and her ex-girlfriend up by pounding on the door while they were sleeping at Ventura’s apartment. Diddy was inebriated after his party, and before he finally barged in, Bongolan had her girlfriend hide in the bathroom.

Bongolan went to the balcony at that point, but Diddy confronted her, grabbed her, and touched her breasts.

According to the lawsuit, he lifted her onto the banister while holding her by the armpits and saying: “Do you know what the f**k you did?,”  “He immediately lifted her up higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony of Ms Ventura’s apartment with only Combs’ grip keeping her from falling to her death,”

“Recognizing the threat of so many witnesses to his assault, [Diddy] pulled Ms Bongolan back over the balcony,” “But he did not release her. In a last fit of violence, he slammed Ms Bongolan onto the balcony’s patio furniture, including a table.”

Ventura stepped in at that point and yelled at Diddy to stop. Bongolan “was correct to fear Mr. Combs and has resulted in deep and lasting harm,” according to Bongolan’s lawsuit.
