Hailey Welch, Hawk Tuah Girl, Responds to “Crypto Scam”

Hailey Welch AKA Hawk Tuah girl is in trouble. This time for a cryptocurrency called $HAWK. After making its debut on the Solana blockchain on Wednesday, the meme coin immediately saw a sharp increase in value. But in a couple of minutes, its value fell precipitously, falling below $60 million.

Online, the sharp drop provoked a lot of criticism, with many people accusing Welch of planning a fraud. Legal problems soon surfaced as social media critics called the currency a fake.

Burwick Law, a renowned legal practice, posted on X: “We are representing clients in matters related to $HAWK,”

“If you’ve experienced losses and would like to explore your options, learn more.”

Welch and her staff responded to the situation after the intense criticism, denying any deliberate misconduct. According to her manager:

“We don’t want to break securities laws. We would say that we’re almost, like, tokenizing, in a sense, Hailey’s fan base.”

After the contentious launch, Haliey took to X to address claims that she had defrauded her fans: “Team hasn’t sold one token and not 1 KOL was given 1 free token. We tried to stop snipers as best we could through high fee’s in the start of launch on @MeteoraAG. Fee’s have now been dropped,”

Well, it looks like Hawk Tuah Girl might have to talk Tuah Judge soon.
