Eddie Murphy is forcing Martin Lawrence to pay for their children’s wedding because the Shrek star has already covered so many of his other children’s special occasions, Lawrence claimed during an interview on the Thursday, December 5 episode of iHeartRadio’s Big Boy’s Neighborhood.
Martin disclosed during the radio program: “Well, Eddie said I gotta pay for it,”. “He said I gotta pay for it ’cause he paid for his last daughter’s wedding, like the last six weddings.” “He said it’s my turn now,”
Eddie has six girls and four sons, totaling ten children. The couple has a 6-year-old son named Max Charles and an 8-year-old daughter named Izzy Oona. Additionally, he is the father of eight children, five of them were born to him and his ex-wife, Nicole Murphy. Together with his ex-partners Paulette McNeely and Tamara Hood, Murphy has two sons: Christian, 34, and Eric, 35.

Murphy and his ex-girlfriend Mel B also have a 17-year-old daughter named Angel. Martin, meanwhile, is the father of three daughters. He and his first wife, Patricia Southall, a former Miss Virginia USA, have a 28-year-old daughter named Jasmin.
With his second wife, TV personality and businesswoman Shamicka Gibbs, whom he married in 2010, he has two daughters: Iyanna, 24, and Amara, 22. Martin also said that the recently engaged couple has not yet decided on a wedding date.
On November 27, in a room adorned with roses and candles, Eddie’s son proposed to Martin’s daughter.
