In another, however, Ashley wore white underpants and a white bra. The star just made her Broadway debut in the well-known musical Chicago. She is taking on the persona of Roxie Hart, a convicted killer and chorus girl. Among the many people who have portrayed the role in the past are Pamela Anderson, Brooke Shields, and Liza Minelli.
Ashley started her run on April 15 and will play eight concerts a week for six weeks. The model acknowledged that at first, she “didn’t like” her persona in an interview with Vogue. She said: “I thought, ‘Oh, you’re just out for all you can get.
“A narcissist, who killed somebody because you didn’t get it your way.’
“Over time, I really felt endeared towards her.
“She’s had so much heartache, but she’s always been glass half full, a go-getter, which is what I try to do always.”
