Hold on to your hats because we’ve got some seriously juicy gossip for you! So, Elon Musk, the genius billionaire behind SpaceX and Tesla, has shelled out a whopping $2.5 million, $500K each year, to his baby mama Ashley St. Clair. Now, here’s the catch – he’s not even sure if he’s the kid’s biological father.
I mean, talk about a bold move, right? Who just hands over that kind of cash without even being certain? But hey, I guess when you’re as rich as Elon, a few million bucks is like pocket change.
“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out,” Musk wrote on X. “ No court order is needed.”
“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year,” the Department of Government Efficiency chief claimed.
St. Clair charged that Musk was being a “petulant man-child” in a response to Musk’s tweet, denying that he’s willing to take a paternity test.
“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” St. Clair wrote on X.
“And you weren’t sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience,’” she added. “But you’re really only punishing your son.
“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it,” she continued.
“America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”
Musk’s tweet came in response to a video of St. Clair selling her Tesla in response to the billionaire’s alleged cutbacks on child support for the 6-month-old child.
“I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” St. Clair told paparazzi as her electric car was being prepped to be hauled away.
St. Clair, 26, demanded last month that Musk, 53, submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father of her child in a paternity suit filed two weeks after her shocking declaration on X.
The paternity petition, filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court, claims that the influencer and the SpaceX and Tesla boss conceived the child during a January 2024 trip to St. Barts.
It includes a photograph of Musk holding the child, whom St. Clair claims the Trump administration official has seen on three occasions.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Elon is in the wrong here. I mean, if he’s the father, then good on him for taking responsibility. But the question on everyone’s mind is, why did he give her all that money before thinking about a paternity test? I guess we’ll have to keep our eyes peeled for more updates on this crazy situation!
