We are praying for Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes and an NFL legend. In a recent video from Well Off Media, his son, 31-year-old Deion Sanders Jr., shared a clip that gave fans a firsthand look at the seriousness of Coach Prime’s health problems, which the 57-year-old has been dealing with.
Sanders discusses creating a will in the YouTube video at around 3:20. He is clearly upset and angry. In early May, the six-time first-team NFL All-Pro stated from what appeared to be a doctor’s office: “I don’t know if I’m mentally ready, emotionally,”
“Last night was tough. Yesterday was tough because I had to make a will. It’s not easy at all to think that you might not be here, but you want to make sure everybody’s straight.”
After that, the camera goes to Sanders Jr., who claims that he had trouble recording it as his father had asked, telling him:
“Bro, I just want to be there as your son… Now as time went on, and as the battle was fought, and the battle was won, I see why. ”
The two-time Super Bowl champion has been candid about his past medical problems, including blood clots and the amputation of two toes on his left foot.
At the press conference, Deion stated he had bladder cancer, but they were able to remove the tumor.
