The 52-year-old beauty – who is reportedly a size six – wrote in her caption, ‘Sofia Vergara Swimsuit for Walmart’ as she added a hashtag for Ibiza.
Vergara keeps her slender figure by staying away from carbs, functional nutritionist Monica Partier – who has not worked with Sofia – tells DailyMail.com.
‘Sofia has said many times in the past that she avoid carbs and loves to eat whole foods that aren’t processed like grilled fish and steamed vegetables. This is the best way to stay slender after 50,’ shared Partier.
‘She has also revealed that her go-to snacks are raw nuts and fruits, though she has admitted she indulges in cakes now and them, it’s her cheat food. Everyone has a cheat food, it’s impossible to avoid. You just have to keep it to a minimum.’
Partier also shared that women over 50 ‘should try to stay away from fried foods, high-sodium foods and sugary drinks.’
