Sports Personality Taylor Rooks Claims Drake’s “SuperMax” Song Is About Her

Let’s dive into the latest drama in the world of sports and music – apparently, sports personality Taylor Rooks claims that Drake‘s song “SuperMax” is all about her! You know, the same Drake who’s still beefing with Kendrick Lamar.

Now, we don’t know for sure if this is true or just a wild rumor, but it’s got everyone talking and asking questions about why the rapper would rap about her?

The rapper debuted the song ‘SuperMax’ during his surprise ‘Iceman Episode 1’ livestream, leading many to believe he was making a reference to the popular sportscaster.

“I was talking to Taylor over drinks, and it was getting deep / ‘Not everyone can handle this pressure and, in the city, you’re the national treasure,’ that’s what she said to me,” he raps in the track.

Taylor seemingly confirmed that the Canadian artist was indeed referring to her, taking to Instagram shortly after the livestream to quote the line “That’s what she said to me” next to a screenshot from the stream.

Apart from the speculation over Rooks being the one Drake was rapping about, there has also been some chat about how close they are. Taylor Rooks has previously described the hip-hop star as a very close friend.

We’ll just have to wait and see if Drake spills the tea or if this is all just a case of mistaken identity. Popcorn, anyone?
