Social media influencer Christopher Blake Griffith has filed a countersuit against NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, escalating a legal battle that includes allegations of sexual misconduct, drugging and physical assault.
The counterclaim, filed Friday, comes weeks after Diggs sued Griffith for defamation regarding the same set of events. Griffith’s filing details graphic accusations stemming from a May 2023 interaction in Maryland and a subsequent attack in Los Angeles.

Griffith claims he then retreated to a bathroom in Diggs’ home for 45 minutes. Upon exiting, he alleges he was confronted by Diggs’ younger brother, Darez Diggs, and two women who threatened him, accused him of stealing, stripped him and physically assaulted him.
