Sportsnet Caleb Joseph Says The Dodgers Didn’t Deserve To Win Another Championship

Ex-MLB Catcher from the Caleb Joseph is of the view that the Dodgers didn’t deserve to win another championship.

Baseball drama! The gift that keeps on giving. This week’s hot take comes from an ex-MLB catcher who decided to stir controversy by declaring that the Los Angeles Dodgers didn’t deserve to win another championship. Bold words from an ex-player turned Blue Jays analyst.

Meanwhile, Dodger fans are laughing all the way to the parade route. Another trophy, another season of haters crying foul. The Blue Jays’ ex-catcher may have thrown shade, but L.A. fans do not give a hoot!

The Blue Jays, who have not won a World Series since 1993, led the series 3-2 heading into Game 6 and in Saturday night’s decider they were ahead until the ninth inning.

The Dodgers did not lead Game 7 until the 11th inning and after the heartbreaking loss, former Orioles, Diamondbacks and Blue Jays catcher Joseph swore live on air.

‘There are a lot of wet eyes and I don’t blame them for that,’ Joseph said on the Sportsnet broadcast.

‘It’s going to sound like sour grapes and I don’t really give a s*** but I think the better team did not win this series… you just feel like the baseball Gods got it wrong this time.’

He added: ‘I think the Blue Jays are the better team and I feel like they played baseball a certain way that was infectious, that grabbed the attention of the fans.

‘And it’s disheartening to see that the better team did not win. That’s not to take anything away from the Dodgers but the Blue Jays did so many things right.’

Moral of the story? The Dodgers keep winning and the critics keep throwing excuses out there.
