Well, the misery for Sherrone Moore doesn’t seem to end. Check this out. The Post has found that menu items at a Michigan restaurant called The Brown Jug are named after disgraced former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore and his girlfriend Paige Shiver.
According to its menu, the downtown Ann Arbor mainstay offers both the “Sherrone Moore’s Sampler Basket” and the “Paige Shiver’s Cauliflower Gluten-Free 12” Pizza.
The Post was informed by sources with knowledge of The Brown Jug’s operations that the menus are presently being reproduced with those items’ names changed.
Jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders, onion rings, and fried cheese sticks with two sauce options are all included in the $13 Sherrone Moore sampler basket.
One of the only dishes on the menu that isn’t named after a well-known athlete or coach from the legendary institution is Shiver’s pizza, which costs $12. The 32-year-old was just elevated to the position of executive assistant to Moore at Michigan’s sports department.
Jim Harbaugh’s 10-oz Sirloin Steak, named for Michigan’s former head football coach, Michael Phelp’s Vegan Beyond Burger, and Tom Brady’s Corned Beef Reuben are among the menu’s notable drinks.
