Brittany Renner apparently has a new dating strategy.
Forget the usual “good personality” checklist, forget emotional maturity, and forget whether he can hold a conversation without checking his phone every 12 seconds.
Renner says she wants a young NIL millionaire.
The 34-year-old Instagram model recently made it clear that money is very much part of her dating wishlist. She said she is interested in young men who are already making serious money through name, image and likeness deals.
And then she mentioned Ohio State football star Jeremiah Smith.
Well, that escalated quickly. Smith is one of the biggest young stars in college football. He has also become one of the sport’s standout NIL earners. Thanks to the modern college sports economy, top athletes can now make serious money before even entering the NFL.

Apparently, that has caught Renner’s attention.

College football recruiting used to be about facilities, coaching and playing time. Now we have NIL money entering the chat. And according to Renner, it may also be entering the dating conversation.
“Naturally, if you play a sport, that’s an incentive to talk to you,” Renner said. “A lot of times women, men in general. Everybody wants something. Even if we have our own thing going on, it’s like me being with you is good because you boost my stock. I boost your stock. It’s that simple.”
“It’s a give-and-take but you have to be aware of what you’re signing up for,” she said. “You’re trying to make it to the NFL. You do understand there’s a lot that comes with that, right? To be able to decipher who really loves you for you, I think that’s the billion dollar question we’re all wanting to know.
“Nobody is here for nothing. It’s just about figuring out who can be here in times of adversity.”
Smith is still extremely young, which makes the conversation even more eye-catching. The Ohio State star is focused on football and building his career. Meanwhile, Renner has seemingly identified a new category of potential suitors.
The 34-year-old Renner, who had a child with NBA player PJ Washington in 2020, said that she is only interested in dating “Young NIL Millionaire’ and implied that she had been talking to Ohio State’s Jeremiah Smith about going out.
“I need young NIL millionaire, if the rich one is coming right now, then you shut the f-ck up, and let me talk to me, and he (Jeremiah Smith) was like literally let’s go out.”
Renner seems to know exactly what she wants. She wants a young NIL millionaire.
And if Jeremiah Smith is on the list, well, Ohio State football just became a little more interesting off the field.
