After his University of Wisconsin-Green Bay team blew an 11-point lead in the fourth quarter on Thursday night, Doug Gottlieb lost it and threw a chair on his way to the locker room.
When Robert Morris erased a double-digit Phoenix lead in the last three minutes of play with a game-winning layup with 2.4 seconds remaining, cameras in the arena showed the second-year head coach losing his cool.
As he was leaving, Gottlieb vanished behind the bleachers, only to have a chair fly into view and crash against the wall.

Gottlieb said following the L: “I’m encouraged by our effort and our defense and how we executed,” “That was just embarrassing how we lost the game.”
After witnessing Gottlieb’s antics, people on social media couldn’t help but think about the late great.
People couldn’t help but draw comparisons between the two throws when the former Indiana men’s basketball coach performed his stunt in the midst of a Purdue game in 1985!
